Today during my free lessons at school I decided to create a
barcode for my magazine in the programme Photoshop. For the first draft of my
magazine I had forgotten to include a barcode on the front cover of my magazine
which was picked up my peers after I received feedback. I firstly copied a picture of a barcode from
the internet and imported it in to the programme Photoshop. I then used the square tool and
drew a square around the selected image. I also used the text tool and included
the date, website and price for my specific magazine. I believe these
improvements have helped enhance the quality of my magazine as this is seen to
be a typical convention of music magazines.
